Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) is a tailor-made approach to talent acquisition for our clients who are looking to hire permanent staff and is designed to enhance your hiring process. We do this by working closely with you with the goal of understanding your short- mid- and long-term hiring needs. Equipped with this information, ACM Recruiting builds your tailored talent pipeline which feeds your human resource needs over an extended period.

RPO VS STAFFING AGENCIES

As your RPO partner, ACM Recruiting provides you with an enhanced ability to source talent for your organization in addition to reducing your recruiting costs and dependency on staffing agencies. This is possible because as an RPO, we take a wholistic approach to talent acquisition compared to staffing agencies which normally operate on commission basis for single hires. You may already have experience engaging with several staffing agencies to find a hire for a single open position. This strategy may have resulted in multiple agencies contacting and competing for the same talent with differing approaches and varying levels of professionalism. This type of search is conducted completely outside of your control and is usually done in an ad-hoc and haphazard manner. The same talent is contacted by several staffing agencies for the same open position, which creates a confusing impression. This is ultimately counterproductive and may not lead to the best talent being sourced.

We have learned that the first and most important interview that we conduct is not with the talent, but rather with you! This is because we need to learn what differentiates your company and what makes it unique, special and a desirable place to work. During the interview(s) with you, we perform an analysis of your hiring needs and processes. Then, together with you, we develop and agree on a tailored talent acquisition strategy. This could include job portals, direct marketing through social media platforms or online advertising. After this we tap into our database, our network and other channels to identify and screen qualified candidates. We then conduct virtual interviews with the short-listed candidates. After the initial interviews, we perform background and reference checks and conduct a second round of interviews. Only after these steps, do we provide you with a list of fully-screened and vetted candidates. 

As your RPO, we do this on a continual basis depending on your hiring requirements so that there is a constant talent pipeline from which you can draw.
